Our Curriculum

Young learners studying environmental maps and evidence together

The Academy’s curriculum develops environmental understanding through inquiry, evidence and responsible judgement. Learners examine how materials, energy and environmental processes connect, distinguish evidence from assertion, and consider the consequences of different choices.

The Library provides reference material, while the Lab supports investigation. The curriculum brings these resources into structured learning, helping learners test assumptions, recognise uncertainty and reach conclusions supported by evidence.

Environmental literacy

Distinguishing waste from pollution, weather from climate, hazard from risk, recycling from circularity, and evidence from assertion.

Waste and materials

Understanding different materials and the roles of reuse, segregation, recycling, treatment and disposal.

Climate and cryosphere

Exploring climate, snow, ice, water and black carbon through age-sensitive explanation.

The current curriculum stage, age ranges and available modules remain to be confirmed for public release.
